Privacy Collection Notice
When you submit an online request form on BMW's website, BMW Australia Ltd (BMW) collects your personal information from you directly, to contact you and respond to your query or test drive booking request. If you do not provide or BMW cannot otherwise collect all the information we request or need, BMW may not be able to respond to the query or request.
Sharing your personal information
BMW may share your personal information with parties in the BMW Group of companies (including BMW Australia Finance Limited), authorised BMW dealers or other third parties associated with us, such as our service providers. These third parties may be located outside Australia, including in Germany and the United States of America.
Direct marketing and research
We may use your contact details to send you (by telephone, post, email or SMS) marketing communications about products, services, offers, promotions and events. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe function in the message we send, calling us on 133 BMW (133 269) or emailing us at info@bmw.com.au.
Authorised BMW dealers may also send you (by telephone, post, email or SMS) marketing communications about products, services, offers, promotions and events. If you would like to opt out of marketing communications from an authorised BMW dealer you can do so by following the unsubscribe directions in a message they send, or by contacting them directly.
